Craft the product surface where operators watch agents work — fast, legible interfaces that make an autonomous revenue OS feel calm and in control.
About Sagaris
For twenty years, revenue software has been a filing cabinet with a login. It remembered everything and did nothing — while the people it was built for spent their evenings typing what happened into seven different tools.
SAGARIS is one brain across CRM, calls, texts and social, staffed by agents you govern. It reads the whole conversation, acts on it, and keeps a record you can stand behind: supervised or auto per agent, approval gates where you want them, an audit trail on everything. Ambition with a paper trail.
About the role
The hardest part of shipping autonomy is not the model — it's trust. Operators need to see what an agent is about to do, step in when they want to, and walk away when they don't. That confidence is built or lost in the interface.
As a founding frontend engineer, you own the surface where humans and agents share the work. You'll set the design-engineering bar for SAGARIS: interfaces that are fast, honest about state, and quiet enough that a revenue team can run their day through them.
What you'll do
- Build the core product surfaces — the inbox, the pipeline, the agent-supervision views — with craft and speed.
- Turn a dense, real-time system into interfaces that feel calm: clear state, no surprises, no dead ends.
- Own performance as a first-class concern — perceived latency is part of whether people trust an agent.
- Partner tightly with design to raise the bar on interaction detail, motion, and accessibility.
- Establish the frontend architecture, component system, and conventions the team builds on.
What we're looking for
- You've shipped complex, stateful web apps that people use all day, and sweated the details.
- Deep React and TypeScript fluency; strong instincts for component architecture and state.
- You care about accessibility, keyboard flows, and motion as craft — not checkboxes.
- You can move from a rough idea to a shipped, polished surface without heavy direction.
- 0→1 or early-stage experience, or a clear appetite for that kind of ambiguity.
Nice to have
- A design sensibility strong enough to improve a screen, not just implement it.
- Experience with real-time data, streaming UIs, or data-dense dashboards.
- Familiarity with our stack (Next.js, Tailwind, framer-motion).
What success looks like
- In 3 months: you've shipped a core surface that design partners use daily and rely on.
- In 6 months: the frontend architecture and component system let the team ship fast without regressions.
- In 12 months: 'it feels like SAGARIS' means something specific — and you helped define it.
Why join Sagaris
We're small, early, and building in the open with a founding cohort of customers who shape the roadmap. That means real ownership, a short line between your work and the people it's for, and the chance to set patterns the company will use for years.
We hire people who hate busywork and would rather build the thing that ends it. If that's you, you'll have room to do the best work of your career here.
How we work
- Remote-first, with deliberate in-person offsets for the work that's better in a room.
- Small team, high trust, low process — we add structure only when the absence of it hurts.
- We write things down. Decisions have a paper trail, so context isn't trapped in someone's head.
- We ship, learn from real customers, and change our minds in public.
Benefits & working style
- Meaningful founding equity, with a real stake in what you help build.
- Top-of-band cash compensation. We don't ask you to trade salary for story.
- Remote-first with deliberate in-person offsites; we optimise for deep work, not attendance.
- A hardware and home-office budget, plus whatever software makes you faster.
- Comprehensive health coverage and a genuinely respected time-off policy.
- Direct access to the founders and an outsized say in the roadmap and the culture.
