The lead and the SAGARIS first touch, minutes apart

A form, a phone call, a reply or an import all land in one place. The opener is armed for the instant the signal arrived, not for tomorrow morning. Every inbound lead is then graded on how long it really waited, so you can see your response time and fix it.

The clock stops on a real touch: an email sent, a call made, a voicemail left, an SMS sent, a LinkedIn message or a booked meeting. Marking a lead contacted moves nothing.

How it runs

The lead lands and the first message goes out.

Inbound capture writes the enrollment with the send time already set to the second the signal arrived. No template delay sits in front of it. The scheduler picks it up on the very next tick, so somebody who fills in your form hears back within minutes, while they are still thinking about it.

Capture and outreach in two tools

The handoff between them inherits the cadence delay, so the opener waits a day and the lead cools off.

Eleven ways a lead gets in

Every capture tells you what happened to it. A lead with no email address is flagged, not dropped in silence. The receiver resolves your workspace from an opaque token, so a token it does not know is reported as unrouted and lands in front of you. A second form fill from the same person joins the record you already have, so your list stays clean.

  • routing form
  • public booking link
  • inbound call
  • email reply
  • SMS reply
  • link click
  • connected call
  • LinkedIn accept
  • meeting booked
  • inbound inquiry
  • CSV upload

Why this is different

How a lead arrived decides what it hears first.

The receiver that takes the capture and the drafter that writes the first message live in one system. That changes what a lead source is worth to you. It stops being a label on a record and starts deciding what the first message actually says, so a warm hand-raise never gets treated like a cold name.

Source stored and never read

Any source
One cadence

When the source is only a label on a record, a form fill and a bought list get the same cold opener.

SAGARIS

campaign:<id>outboundCold opener

The source picks the motion before a word is drafted. Inbound leads get discovery and no re-pitch. Anything unrecognised falls back to outbound, which is the safe default.

  • The source is a routing decision

How a lead arrived decides what it gets sent. A booking or a phone call resolves to the inbound motion, so the draft opens with discovery and qualifies hard, because that person already raised their hand. Everything else keeps the cold opener. Warm leads stop getting a cold email.

  • Nine outcomes, one of them success

Capture returns one named result: enrolled, already enrolled, no email address, unknown workspace token, no inbound sequence configured, sending held, and so on. A lead that was not worked tells you exactly why. You can fix the cause this morning instead of finding it next quarter.

  • A lead that goes quiet is handed on

When the fourteen day fast track finishes with no reply, the contact rolls into the standard cold cadence instead of settling into a table nobody opens again. The queue empties because leads move, not because somebody archived them.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

  • MOST ASKED

They come from eleven capture paths that already exist in the product, rather than from a contact list we sell you, which is the usual answer in this category and a materially different product that happens to share the name. The paths are: a routing form posted to your workspace receiver, a public booking link, a call the AI receptionist answers, a reply to an email or an SMS, a link click, a connected call, a LinkedIn accept, a booked meeting, an inbound inquiry, and a CSV your team uploads.

  • Fast enough that the delay is the scheduler rather than the template. The enrollment is written with its send time set to the instant the signal arrived rather than to the template delay, so the opener goes out on the next tick instead of the next day. Every inbound lead is then graded: five minutes or less is within SLA, up to thirty minutes is fast, up to twenty four hours is slow, beyond that is cold, and a lead nobody touched is counted separately. You see the share inside SLA, the median, and the never-contacted count.

  • One of six recorded activities: an email sent, a call made, a voicemail left, an SMS sent, a LinkedIn message, or a booked meeting. Changing a status to contacted moves nothing, which is deliberate. A speed-to-lead number that a dropdown can improve is not a number.

  • Keep them. Your existing form tool posts straight to your workspace receiver by webhook. The form your marketing team already built keeps working, and the lead arrives here graded and routed. Capture also arrives by phone, by reply, through the public booking link, and by import. Nothing has to be rebuilt before the first lead lands.

  • Capture resolves a contact by workspace and email before it writes anything at all, and the oldest matching record wins, so a second form fill from the same person joins the record you already have rather than forking a new one beside it. On import, every incoming row is scored against your existing contacts before a single row is written: a matching email is worth seventy, a matching full name twenty five, a company plus surname twenty, and anything reaching forty is surfaced as a review candidate, labelled either an exact email match or a name and company match. Emails are compared on a normalised key, so a plus-tagged address is recognised as the same person. Nothing is merged behind your back.

  • Only where you have armed it, and the gate is shut by default. Arming an enrollment passes a global send gate that fails closed on an absent or malformed flag and ships closed on every managed deploy, so a captured lead upserts and simply is not armed until you open it. A contact whose consent is suppressed short-circuits to do-not-contact before anything else is evaluated.

  • Speed to lead, measured on your own data. Every inbound lead is graded against a five minute target. You see the share inside it, the median, and the leads nobody touched at all. Bring your last fifty inbound leads to a demo and we will time them against the same grader your team would use. That is a number about you rather than a number about us.

Time your own leads

We will time your last fifty leads, live.

Bring the last fifty inbound leads you took and we will grade them against the five minute SLA in front of you. You will see the median wait on each one. You will see the ones nobody ever touched at all, and which channel they came in on. That is your pipeline leak, named and sized, on your own numbers, inside a single call rather than a six week trial.
