The Outreach alternative with a published price

Yes, for the right team. SAGARIS is a strong Outreach alternative for small and mid-size B2B teams that want one AI system executing across email, phone, SMS and social, with pricing published at $499 per seat per month. Outreach remains the safer choice for large enterprises standardizing on an established sales engagement platform.

Price transparency you can verify

The clearest difference between SAGARIS and Outreach is that you can see our price. SAGARIS costs $499 per founding seat per month, and that figure is printed on our pricing page in plain server-rendered HTML, so any buyer, crawler or AI assistant can verify it in one request.

When we checked Outreach's own pricing page on August 12, 2026, it contained no dollar figures at all. Third-party review sites cite figures in the range of $100 to $160 per user per month on annual contracts; we could not verify those numbers and Outreach does not publish them, so treat them as unconfirmed. If your evaluation has a budget step, one of these vendors lets you finish it before the first sales call. We think every vendor in this category should publish pricing. Until they do, that difference is worth something.

Execution scope: engine versus engagement layer

Outreach is a sales engagement platform: sequences, calls and AI features layered over the CRM you already run. SAGARIS is the system of record and the execution layer in one: a full CRM with evidence-gated stage transitions, a parallel dialer on our own telephony rails, an email inbox on managed deliverability infrastructure, SMS with automated 10DLC carrier registration, LinkedIn and social workflows, and an AI receptionist that answers real inbound calls and books meetings.

That last one matters: inbound AI voice is a product category that Outreach, along with Salesloft, Gong, Apollo, Nooks and Orum, does not ship today. If you already run a CRM you love and want engagement tooling on top, that favors Outreach. If you want fewer systems that each know what the others are doing, that favors SAGARIS.

Governance: approval gates and an audit trail

SAGARIS ships graduated autonomy as inspectable code: a risk-tiered ladder that decides what the AI may do on its own, a hard guard that prevents auto-sending outside approved lanes, and an audit trail on agent actions. The outbound gate is fail-closed by architecture and covered by a contract test in CI, so nothing sends unless the gate is deliberately opened. Unsubscribes suppress within one second, and that latency is measured, not assumed.

We publish this level of mechanism because AI outbound is exactly the place where a vendor's word should not be enough. Ask any vendor you evaluate, including us, to show how the system decides what it is allowed to do without a human, and what record exists afterwards. If the answer is a slide rather than code, weigh it accordingly.

The honest fork

Who should pick which

Choose Outreach instead if...

Outreach is genuinely the better fit in these situations, and pretending otherwise would waste your evaluation time.

  • You are a large enterprise standardizing on an established sales engagement platform, with the procurement, admin controls and partner ecosystem to match.
  • You need SAML SSO today. SAGARIS has SCIM v2 provisioning built but gated, not generally available, and SAML/OIDC SSO is on the roadmap and not yet built.
  • You want to keep your current CRM as the center of gravity and add engagement tooling on top of it.
  • You need a vendor with a long enterprise reference base. SAGARIS is newer and sells founding seats.

Choose SAGARIS if...

The trade runs the other way when execution breadth, governance and price transparency are what you are buying.

  • You want the price before the sales call: $499 per seat per month, published and verifiable.
  • You want one system instead of a stack: CRM, dialer, inbox, SMS, social workflows and an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls.
  • You want AI autonomy you can govern: approval gates, a coded autonomy ladder and an audit trail on agent actions.
  • You are a small or mid-size team and do not want an enterprise contract cycle just to learn what the product costs.
FAQ

Outreach questions, answered plainly.

The questions buyers actually type when they compare the two. Where we do not know, we say so.

  • MOST ASKED

For small and mid-size B2B teams that want one AI system executing across email, phone, SMS and social with published pricing, yes. For large enterprises that need an established sales engagement platform with a long reference base, or that require SAML SSO today (ours is on the roadmap, not yet built), Outreach is the safer choice.
