Every SAGARIS module.
Every agent. One seat price.
Replace a $1,200-plus per-rep stack with one platform at $499 per seat per month. Usage is never invoiced on the published plans: AI and call minutes draw on a dollar balance your plan includes, and texts and email are included up to your plan's limits.

What SAGARIS costs
SAGARIS costs $499 per founding seat per month. One price covers the CRM, the dialer, the inbox, SMS, the AI receptionist and the AI coach. AI and call minutes draw on a dollar balance the plan includes each month, and usage is never invoiced. There is no seat minimum and you can cancel anytime.
The terms behind that figure
- Every module and every agent is included at the one seat price. There is no module that costs extra.
- AI and call minutes draw on a dollar balance your plan includes each month. Texts and email are included up to your plan's limits. Balance top-ups, extra phone numbers, sending domains and contact packs are separate one-time purchases.
- The founding rate holds for as long as you keep the seat. No seat minimum, no annual commitment, cancel anytime.
The only decision is seats
What one seat retires.

Illustrative list prices, not quotes. Five of these tools publish no price at all: Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Nooks and Orum. Orum requires a nine-seat minimum. Outreach and Apollo meter by credits. SAGARIS is $499 per seat, published, with no minimum.
You will get the most out of SAGARIS if...
You want a partner, not a vendor.
Founding seats shape the roadmap with us. Tell us what you need in week two and it goes straight to the founders who build the product.
You want a straight answer on your cadence.
You onboard with a revenue engineer who knows the product inside out. They tell you what they would run on your list, before anything ships.
You judge a system by what it does, not what it stores.
The value here is the work that happens without you typing it. Calls placed, notes filed, follow-ups sent, all of it while your reps are talking to buyers.
You want autonomy you can audit.
You set the ceiling and the code holds it. Agents act inside your approval gates, and every action they take is on the record for you to read back.
You are buying the system your team keeps.
One seat price, every module, every agent. You are choosing the platform your revenue team runs on for years, not this quarter's cheapest line item.
If any of that sounds like your team, the demo is the fastest way to see it. Thirty minutes, your own pipeline, and a revenue engineer walking through the parts you care about. You will know what you are buying before you buy it.

Everything. CRM, dialer, inbox and SMS, the AI receptionist and coach, AI and call minutes drawn from a dollar balance the plan includes each month, live Salesforce and HubSpot reads (write-back to both is switched off in production), approval gates, and an audit trail of the AI agent's actions, data imports and exports. One seat price, and usage is never invoiced.
InboxDialerCRMSMSReceptionistCoachAnalytics SAGARIS does: it costs $499 per founding seat per month, and that one price covers the CRM, the dialer, the inbox, SMS, the AI receptionist, the AI coach, and AI and call minutes drawn from a dollar balance the plan includes each month, with no seat minimum and cancel anytime. Plenty of single-purpose AI sales tools also sit under $500 a seat, so the fairer test is what the whole stack costs per rep. The breakdown on this page puts a typical rep's separate tools above $1,200 a month at list before anyone makes a call.
A founding seat is the price we lock for the early cohort that shapes the roadmap with us. As long as you keep the seat, the founding rate holds, even as we ship more agents and channels.
SAGARIS is pre-launch until self-serve sign-up opens, and it is taking founding customers now at $499 per founding seat per month, with that rate locked for as long as you keep the seat, no seat minimum and cancel anytime. Self-serve sign-up is still being built, so you start by joining the waitlist or booking a demo, and a revenue engineer sets up your workspace with you.
Usage charges are never invoiced unless a written order form or agreement with us states them. Your plan includes a dollar balance each month, and AI and call minutes (your reps' dialer calls, outbound AI calls and the AI receptionist) are priced against it from one rate card shown in your billing settings. If the balance reaches zero, that usage stops until the next cycle or until you top up. A top-up adds dollars one for one, in a whole-dollar amount you choose, and top-up dollars do not expire. Texts and email are included up to your plan's limits, and reaching a limit never adds a charge to your bill. Additional phone numbers, sending domains and contact packs are one-time purchases in the product, at the price shown before you pay. Your recurring bill is the seat price, and anything else is a purchase you choose to make.
Yes. SAGARIS reads both live and keeps its own record, so it works alongside your CRM rather than forcing a rip-and-replace. It does not write back into either one in production today: write-back is built and switched off, so it runs as a dry run, and switching it on is a rollout decision on our side, not a setting in your org or portal. Teams that want a single system can run on SAGARIS alone.
Everything in Founding, plus role-based access, regional data residency, custom approval workflows, a dedicated success engineer, and security review and DPA support on your paper. SSO / SAML is on the roadmap and not yet built; tell us if it is a requirement for your evaluation.
Anytime. There's no long lock-in on the founding plan; you can cancel and keep exporting your data. If you're on an Enterprise annual agreement, the terms of that agreement apply.
