CRM with a built-in dialer

A CRM with a built-in dialer: what SAGARIS is, and what it is not yet

SAGARIS is a CRM with a built-in dialer: a rep calls from the contact record, the dialer rings up to five lines in parallel, and the call, its transcript and its outcome land back on that record. It is for B2B sales teams that want the CRM, dialer, inbox and SMS on one seat, at $499 per founding seat per month. SAGARIS is pre-launch and opens fully in October 2026.

Product facts checked against the SAGARIS site and code, and vendor facts read from each vendor's own pages, on 5 October 2026.

What the built-in dialer does today

A literal description of what ships in the seat now. Anything still being built is listed in the next section and labelled as roadmap.

Calls start from the CRM record

The dialer is part of the CRM rather than a separate app connected to it. A rep calls from the contact or deal, and the call, its transcript and its outcome are written back to that record without anyone typing them.

Up to five lines at once

SAGARIS dials up to five lines in parallel and picks the count per contact: more lines when a pickup looks unlikely, fewer when it looks likely, and a single dedicated line when the contacts on the wave are likely to answer. The rep is connected to whoever answers first, and the lines that were still ringing re-queue.

A brief before, a summary after

When a line connects, the rep sees who the person is, the deal's stage, the last touch and any thread left hanging. The call transcribes live, and a written summary and the disposition land on the record when the rep hangs up.

Recording consent decided per call

Whether a call may be recorded is decided from the number being dialed, so the rule follows the person being called rather than one global switch. When recording is permitted, the transcript attaches to the deal.

Limits enforced by the system

Calling runs on SAGARIS number pools, with no PBX to configure and no separate carrier contract. Calling windows are enforced in the called party's local time, and each number carries a daily dial ceiling that defaults to fifty.

Voicemail written per prospect

Instead of one recording for everyone, SAGARIS writes a voicemail script per prospect from the deal and the last conversation, speaks it in your consented cloned voice, and drops it without ringing through.

Calls, email and SMS on one timeline

Email, SMS and call threads share a single history per deal, beside email sequences and a unified inbox on the same seat. Inbound calls are routed to the owner of the deal with a short whisper of context.

What is not built yet

SAGARIS is pre-launch. These are the gaps a buyer comparing CRMs with a dialer is most likely to ask about, stated as roadmap rather than as features.

Roadmap: self-serve sign-up

Self-serve sign-up is still being built. Today you start by joining the waitlist or booking a demo, and a revenue engineer sets up the workspace with you.

Roadmap: CRM write-back

SAGARIS reads Salesforce and HubSpot live and keeps its own record. Writing back into either CRM is built and switched off in production, so it runs as a dry run; turning it on is a rollout decision on our side, not a setting in your org or portal.

Roadmap: SSO and SAML

Single sign-on through SSO or SAML is on the roadmap and not yet built. Tell us if it is a requirement for your evaluation.

Roadmap: a SOC 2 report

A SOC 2-mapped technical control audit was completed in July 2026. SAGARIS does not yet hold a SOC 2 report, and engaging a third-party auditor is a planned milestone.

Questions buyers ask about a CRM with a dialer

  • MOST ASKED

It is a CRM where calling happens inside the product: a rep calls from the contact or deal record and the call is logged back to that record automatically, with no separate phone app. SAGARIS is one. Its dialer rings up to five lines in parallel from the CRM, and the transcript and outcome land on the record.

  • Close, HubSpot Sales Hub and Freshsales each print calling inside the CRM, per the pages we read on October 5, 2026. Salesforce sells calling through a Sales Engagement add-on, and Pipedrive points web calling to Marketplace calling apps. SAGARIS builds a five-line parallel dialer into its own CRM.

In detail: Close prints calling and SMS in the CRM, a power dialer from its Growth plan and a predictive dialer on Scale. HubSpot Sales Hub lists calling minutes by plan from Starter. Freshsales lists phone on its Growth plan, and Freshworks documents a sequential Power Dialer. Salesforce sells a Sales Engagement add-on with phone tasks in its cadences. Pipedrive's help center points web calling to Marketplace calling apps. The table on this page gives the source for each.

  • No separate telephony subscription. The $499 founding seat covers the CRM, dialer, inbox and SMS. Call minutes draw on a dollar balance the plan includes each month, texts and email are included up to the plan's limits, and extra phone numbers are one-time purchases. The pricing page sets out the full terms.

  • A parallel dialer. A power dialer calls one number after another; SAGARIS dials up to five lines at once and picks the count per contact, then bridges the rep onto whichever line a person answers. It stops at five on purpose, because past that the share of answered calls with no rep free climbs faster than the extra conversations do.

  • Yes. SAGARIS reads Salesforce and HubSpot live and keeps its own record, so reps can call from SAGARIS while your system of record stays where it is. It does not write back into either CRM in production today: write-back is built and switched off, and turning it on is a rollout decision on our side.

  • Yes, when recording is permitted. Whether a call may be recorded is decided per call from the number being dialed. When it is, the transcript attaches to the deal, and a written summary and the disposition land on the record when the rep hangs up.

  • Calling windows are enforced in the called party's local time, and each number carries a daily dial ceiling that defaults to fifty. Those limits belong to the system rather than to the rep, so they hold on a busy day.

  • Not yet. A SOC 2-mapped technical control audit was completed in July 2026, and engaging a third-party auditor is a planned milestone. The trust page lists the security posture and the compliance roadmap.

  • SAGARIS is pre-launch and opens fully in October 2026. It is taking founding customers now at $499 per founding seat per month, with no seat minimum and cancel anytime. Self-serve sign-up is still being built, so you start by joining the waitlist or booking a demo.
