Best parallel dialer software: 11 tools compared (2026)

A parallel dialer rings several phone numbers at once for one rep and connects the rep to whoever answers first, and it suits outbound SDR and sales teams whose day is mostly cold calls to lists of direct and mobile numbers. Printed prices for a plan that dials in parallel start at CloudTalk's $25 plan plus its $39 Parallel Dialer add-on per user per month billed annually (cloudtalk.io/pricing, USA view, September 28, 2026) and reach $499 per founding seat per month for SAGARIS, 5 of the 11 print no price at all, and the reason teams buy one is to reach more live conversations per hour than dialing one number at a time allows.

SAGARIS publishes this page and is one of the 11 dialers on it. The list is not ranked: it is in alphabetical order with SAGARIS last. No vendor paid to be included or was contacted, and every competitor fact links to the vendor's own page with the date we read it.

How this list was made

A product is on this list if its own site says it rings more than one number at once for one rep, or connects the rep to the first live answer across several simultaneous calls. Power dialers that call one number at a time are left out; our PhoneBurner alternatives page covers them.

We read each vendor's own pricing and product pages. Seven vendors were read on September 28, 2026, the same reading our Orum and PhoneBurner alternatives pages use, and ConnectAndSell, Elto and Klenty on October 5, 2026. Where a page builds its prices with script or by region we read it in a browser and say which region we saw. A fact we could not read is marked Not published; nothing is estimated.

We do not score or rank. The list is in alphabetical order by vendor name, and SAGARIS, which publishes this page, is listed last. The lines column is a fact each vendor publishes, not a sort order and not a verdict: more lines is not always better, because each extra line raises the chance that two people answer at once.

What we compared

  • The most lines per rep the vendor publishes, or Not published
  • The published price for a plan that dials in parallel, or Not published
  • The published seat minimum, or Not published
  • Who the product suits

Who each parallel dialer suits

One line per dialer, from what its own pages say. Every case below restates a fact from the table, read on the date beside it.

01

CloudTalk

A cloud phone and call center system with preview, power and parallel dialers, sold per user in tiers.

Suits
Teams that want a full phone system and call center with parallel dialing as an option they can add to a published tier.
Parallel dialing
Yes, as an add-on: its pricing page lists a Parallel dialer (up to 10 lines) on every plan.

The page sets prices by region and currency. We selected the USA view in its region picker, so check the region you are buying in before you budget.

02

ConnectAndSell

A human-assisted, AI-optimised calling service: Express Connect puts the rep on the first live voice, and Precision Connect uses human agents to reach the named person on your list.

Suits
Teams calling hard-to-reach executives who want a managed, human-assisted connect service rather than a self-run dialer.
Parallel dialing
Connects the rep to the first live voice, per its home page. A line count is not published.

Its pricing page says pricing is per seat with no consumption-based fees. Precision Connect is a different model from software-only parallel dialing: human agents work past gatekeepers before the rep joins.

Small teams that want a self-serve parallel dialer with a printed price and a free trial, without a sales call.
Parallel dialing
Yes. Its pricing lists unlimited dials, up to 6 calls at the same time.

The plan includes up to 10 outbound numbers in the US or UK, with additional numbers at $1 a month each (eltodialer.com, October 5, 2026).

04

JustCall

A cloud phone system with a Sales Suite; the SalesPro plan carries power, auto and parallel dialing.

Suits
Teams that want a business phone system and SMS first, with multi-line dialing available on the plan above it.
Parallel dialing
Yes, on SalesPro: its parallel dialer page describes up to ten lines at once for one agent.

The phone system tiers are priced openly: Team $29, Pro $49 and Pro Plus $89 per user per month billed annually, each with a 2 license minimum, in the United States and Canada view of justcall.io/pricing on September 28, 2026. The dialer plan is the one that is quoted.

05

Kixie

A business phone and SMS system with CRM integration and a PowerDialer, sold as three plans.

Suits
Teams that want one tool for calls and texts inside their CRM, with a multi-line option on the top plan.
Parallel dialing
Yes, on the Multi-Line PowerDialer plan: up to 4 lines, stated in its plan table and in its site navigation.

Until at least September 24, 2026 the navigation on kixie.com/pricing said up to 10 numbers in parallel while the plan table said 4. On September 28, 2026 both say 4, so 4 is the figure quoted here.

Parallel dialing
Yes. Its pricing page lists the AI Parallel Dialer at 1 to 4 lines (Symphony) and 1 to 5 lines (Symphony+).

Koncert also sells an agent-assisted dialer, where human dialing agents navigate phone trees and gatekeepers before the rep joins. That is a different model from software-only parallel dialing.

Parallel dialing
Yes. Its pricing page lists Parallel Dialing and Multi-Line and Power Dialing. A line count is not published there.

09

Orum

An AI dialer with power and parallel dialing, data enrichment and AI coaching, working alongside your CRM and sales engagement platform.

Suits

Yes. Its pricing page lists Power Dialer and Parallel Dialer as included, and its dialer page says up to 5 lines at once.

Its site says plans such as Launch and Ascend are priced per user and billed annually, with add-ons for things like webhooks and AI coaching and a lighter-use option for roles that dial less often.

10

Suits
Individual reps or small pods that want a parallel dialer today on a card, without a sales call.

11 / Our product

SAGARIS

An AI revenue platform that puts the CRM, a parallel dialer, the email inbox, SMS you send and receive, an AI receptionist for inbound calls and an AI coach in one seat, on one record.

Suits
Teams that want parallel dialing and would rather run the CRM, inbox and SMS in the same system than stack a dialer on top of other tools.
Parallel dialing
Yes. Up to 5 lines at once, and the rep is joined to whoever answers first.

The seat price covers the whole system rather than the dialer alone. SAGARIS reads Salesforce and HubSpot live and keeps its own record; writing back into either is switched off in production today. Each caller ID in its dedicated number pools is capped at 50 dials a day by default. SAGARIS is pre-launch: founding seats are open now, and it opens fully in October 2026.

FAQ

Parallel dialers, answered plainly.

The questions buyers type when they shortlist a parallel dialer. Where a vendor does not publish something, we say so rather than guess.

  • MOST ASKED

It depends on what you already run, so this page does not name one. Self-serve buyers can look at Elto and Salesfinity, which print a price; teams with an existing CRM and engagement stack at Orum, Nooks and Koncert; and teams that want the dialer, CRM, inbox and SMS in one seat at SAGARIS.

If you want a phone system first, CloudTalk, JustCall and Kixie offer multi-line dialing on top of one. If you want cadences and the dialer from one vendor, look at Klenty. SAGARIS is $499 per founding seat per month.

  • Among the dialers here that publish a count, the most lines per rep runs from 4 to 10: CloudTalk and JustCall up to 10, Elto up to 6, Orum, Salesfinity and SAGARIS up to 5, Koncert 1 to 5 by plan, and Kixie up to 4.

ConnectAndSell, Klenty and Nooks publish no line count. SAGARIS's 5 is the ceiling its software enforces. More lines raise the number of calls in flight, and also the chance that two people answer at the same moment.

  • Of the 11 dialers on this page, 5 print no price for the plan that dials in parallel and ask you to contact sales. CloudTalk, Elto, Klenty and Salesfinity print per-user prices, shown in the table above with the date we read each one, and SAGARIS is $499 per founding seat per month.

The ones that ask you to contact sales are ConnectAndSell, Kixie, Koncert, Nooks and Orum. JustCall quotes its parallel dialing plan, with a hedged range on its parallel dialer page. SAGARIS includes the CRM, inbox and SMS in the same seat.

  • Yes. SAGARIS is priced per single seat with no minimum, Salesfinity sells its Gold plan to individuals self-serve, and CloudTalk's USA pricing lists a minimum of 1 license on Starter and Essential. Orum states a minimum of 9 seats and JustCall 2 licenses on SalesPro. The others on this page publish no minimum.

  • A power dialer calls one number, waits for that call to end, then dials the next. A parallel dialer rings several numbers at once and connects the rep to the first person who answers, trading a short handoff at the start of the call for more live conversations per hour.

Our page on what parallel dialing is sets out the arithmetic and when it is the wrong choice.

  • Parallel dialing is a calling method, not a banned practice, but it can produce abandoned calls. Under 47 CFR 64.1200(a)(7) a call is abandoned if no live representative is on the line within two seconds of the person's completed greeting, and the rule limits how many may be abandoned.

Whether it governs your campaigns turns on who you are calling and from where, and that is a question for your counsel.

  • SAGARIS is pre-launch. It is taking a small number of founding customers now at $499 per founding seat per month, and it opens fully in October 2026. If you need a dialer running at full scale this week, one of the other options above is the safer choice.

  • No, and we would rather say so. SAGARIS publishes this page and is one of the dialers on it. What we offer instead of neutrality is checkability: the list is unranked and alphabetical with SAGARIS last, every competitor fact links to the vendor's own page with the date we read it, and nothing we could not read is filled in.
