Define how humans and agents share the work. You'll set the design language for SAGARIS end to end, from the first sketch to the shipped interaction.
About Sagaris
For twenty years, revenue software has been a filing cabinet with a login. It remembered everything and did nothing — while the people it was built for spent their evenings typing what happened into seven different tools.
SAGARIS is one brain across CRM, calls, texts and social, staffed by agents you govern. It reads the whole conversation, acts on it, and keeps a record you can stand behind: supervised or auto per agent, approval gates where you want them, an audit trail on everything. Ambition with a paper trail.
About the role
SAGARIS is a new kind of product: a revenue team's work, increasingly done by agents they supervise. There's no established pattern language for that — how you show what an agent is doing, how you hand off control, how you make autonomy feel trustworthy instead of unnerving. That's the design problem, and it's wide open.
As founding designer, you own it. You'll shape product direction alongside the founders, set the visual and interaction language, and stay hands-on from concept through shipped detail. This is a role for someone who wants to define a system, not decorate one.
What you'll do
- Own product design end to end — flows, interaction models, visual system, and the details that make it feel considered.
- Invent the patterns for human-agent collaboration: supervision, approval, hand-off, and trust.
- Set and hold the design language as the product and team grow.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering so the shipped product matches the intent.
- Bring the customer's reality into every decision — you'll talk to real revenue teams often.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product work where you clearly shaped the problem, not just the pixels.
- Range across interaction, systems, and visual craft — you can go from flow to finished screen.
- You think in systems and defend the details; both matter to you.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to make things concrete quickly.
- You want to be the founding design voice, with the ownership and exposure that implies.
Nice to have
- Experience designing complex, data-dense, or professional tools.
- Enough fluency in code to prototype or to collaborate closely with engineers.
- A point of view on how AI changes interface design.
What success looks like
- In 3 months: a coherent design language and the core flows for human-agent supervision exist and ship.
- In 6 months: design partners describe the product as unusually clear for how much it does.
- In 12 months: SAGARIS has a recognisable design identity — and a system others can build on.
Why join Sagaris
We're small, early, and building in the open with a founding cohort of customers who shape the roadmap. That means real ownership, a short line between your work and the people it's for, and the chance to set patterns the company will use for years.
We hire people who hate busywork and would rather build the thing that ends it. If that's you, you'll have room to do the best work of your career here.
How we work
- Remote-first, with deliberate in-person offsets for the work that's better in a room.
- Small team, high trust, low process — we add structure only when the absence of it hurts.
- We write things down. Decisions have a paper trail, so context isn't trapped in someone's head.
- We ship, learn from real customers, and change our minds in public.
Benefits & working style
- Meaningful founding equity, with a real stake in what you help build.
- Top-of-band cash compensation. We don't ask you to trade salary for story.
- Remote-first with deliberate in-person offsites; we optimise for deep work, not attendance.
- A hardware and home-office budget, plus whatever software makes you faster.
- Comprehensive health coverage and a genuinely respected time-off policy.
- Direct access to the founders and an outsized say in the roadmap and the culture.
