At a glance

  • The challenge

Discovery calls, emails, LinkedIn notes and follow-ups lived in separate tools, across four offices.

  • The solution

SAGARIS brought every outreach channel into one workspace, with one timeline per contact.

  • The impact

Outreach that runs from one place, and a calmer day for the team.

One conversation, four places

The challenge

Good conversations, too many places.

Code District wins work the way most engineering firms do: through conversations. A discovery session turns into an email thread, a call, a LinkedIn note and a round of follow-ups, often handled by people in different offices and time zones. With each channel in its own tool, the context behind every conversation was split across tabs, inboxes and spreadsheets, and following up on time took more effort than it should.

  • Context split across tools
  • Follow-ups tracked by hand
  • No shared view across offices

Four offices, four time zones

Conversations that cross time zones.

A thread opened in one office is often answered from another, hours later. The context has to travel with it.

The solution

One workspace, one timeline per contact.

Code District moved its outreach into SAGARIS. Email, calls, LinkedIn steps and replies now run from one workspace, and every touch lands on a single timeline for each contact, so whoever picks up the next conversation sees everything that came before it.

Inside SAGARIS

The parts of SAGARIS behind the change.

  • Email

Multi-step sequences that mix emails with call and LinkedIn steps, so every prospect follows one plan.

  • Power Dialer

Call lists dialed in one sitting, each call logged to the contact’s timeline with its notes.

  • Unified Inbox

Email, LinkedIn and SMS replies in one inbox, beside the conversation they belong to.

  • CRM

One timeline per contact, holding every email, call and note, shared by every office.

How the work changed

From discovery call to follow-up, in one flow.

  1. 01

    A discovery call is booked.

The prospect becomes a contact in SAGARIS, with the call notes on the record from day one.

  2. 02

    The sequence takes over.

A follow-up email, a LinkedIn note and a call are scheduled as one plan, not three reminders.

  3. 03

    Replies meet their history.

By email, LinkedIn or SMS, the reply arrives in the Unified Inbox beside everything sent so far.

  4. 04

    Any office picks it up.

A colleague in another office opens the timeline and replies, no handover needed.

BeforeWith SAGARIS
  • Before: Separate tools for each channelWith SAGARIS: One workspace for every channel
  • Before: Notes kept in spreadsheetsWith SAGARIS: One timeline per contact
  • Before: Follow-ups from memoryWith SAGARIS: Next steps scheduled in the sequence
  • Before: Context lost between officesWith SAGARIS: Shared context, every office

The impact

A calmer way to run outreach.

  • Nothing waits on memory

The next step is scheduled when the conversation starts, so nobody has to reconstruct where a thread left off.

  • Context that travels

A colleague in another time zone opens the contact and reads every email, call and note before replying.

  • Fewer tabs to switch

Time that went to switching between inbox, phone, LinkedIn and spreadsheet goes back into talking to prospects.

“Our outreach runs from one place now, and the day feels calmer for it.”
