Calendly and SAGARIS: what booking looks like without it
No. The Calendly connection logic is written, including the webhook subscription that would keep bookings current, and there is no control in the product that reaches it. The production service separately reports the Calendly credentials as unconfigured. Two independent reasons, either of which would be enough on its own, so treat Calendly as absent rather than as nearly there.
Not connected. Treat it as absent. The connection logic exists, no control in the product reaches it, and the credentials are not configured on the production service either.

What moves, and which way
None available. The OAuth flow and webhook receiver exist in the code and are reachable from nothing.
- Into SAGARIS
- Nothing. No Calendly events reach SAGARIS, so a meeting somebody books through your Calendly link does not appear on the SAGARIS timeline, does not attach to the contact, and does not trigger the preparation or follow-up work that a meeting booked inside SAGARIS does.
- Back into Calendly
- Nothing. SAGARIS does not create, move or cancel anything in Calendly, and does not read your event types or availability rules.
- The boundary
- The written backend is not a switch we are withholding. It is unreachable from the product and unconfigured in production, which are two different failures, and closing either one alone would not open the connection. No date is published for it, because none is scheduled.
How meetings get booked in SAGARIS instead
SAGARIS books meetings directly on a connected Google Calendar. Free and busy time is read first, so a slot you are busy in is never offered, and the event is created on the real calendar with a Meet link on it rather than held in a shadow copy. That is the same mechanism whether a human books it or the AI receptionist does it while the caller is still on the phone.
The part worth understanding is that this is booking inside the conversation rather than a link sent after it. A caller who agrees to a time has the invitation before the call ends, which is the step where a scheduling link loses the ones who never click it. If your Calendly link is doing that job today, the SAGARIS equivalent is booking links on a connected calendar plus the receptionist booking live.
If a Calendly connection specifically, rather than booking in general, is a requirement, say so. It would not be a large piece of work from where the code sits, and knowing who needs it is what would justify finishing and wiring it.
How we checked
Two independent readings. On the production service, GET https://app.sagaris.ai/api/integrations/calendly/connect answered 503 with the body "Calendly OAuth is not configured on the server." Separately, in the repository, the Calendly settings surface CalendlyIntegrationPage has no importer outside its own test, and /dashboard/calendly is a bare redirect to /dashboard/calendar#booking-links, so no control in the shipped product reaches the flow even where it is configured. This status was first measured on September 18, 2026 and re-probed on October 5, 2026 with the same result.
Verified October 5, 2026. If this is out of date or wrong, email founders@sagaris.ai and we will correct it and move the date.
Calendly and SAGARIS, the questions people actually ask
- MOST ASKED
No. There is no control in the product that reaches the connection, and the production service reports the Calendly credentials as unconfigured. Both would have to change.
No, and that is the difference this page is drawing. Configuring the credential would still leave a flow nothing in the product can reach. Wiring the surface is real work that is not currently scheduled.
On a connected Google Calendar, directly. Free and busy time is read so an unavailable slot is never offered, and the event is created on the real calendar with a Meet link. The AI receptionist does the same thing live while a caller is on the line.
No. Nothing from Calendly reaches SAGARIS, so those meetings do not attach to a contact and do not trigger the preparation or follow-up work. A meeting SAGARIS cannot see is a meeting its agents cannot prepare you for.
