A rep on a call while a colleague listens in.

SAGARIS enablement arrives during the call

This is live call enablement. Your rep gets help while the prospect is still talking: the battlecard the moment a rival is named, the next question drawn from your own question library, and the next beat of the objection ladder. It runs on the live transcript, so it updates on every line.

Up to five lines into a live call

on every line

Rep

Walk me through how you handle this today.

-> talk ratio, question rate and coverage recomputed

Prospect

We are also evaluating a competitor you track.

-> their battlecard opens

Battlecard

Assembled for this call, from what your workspace already knows.

  • the competitors this workspace tracks
  • your competitor-scoped knowledge base items
  • mentions from the last 180 days

Prospect

And you sit above the number we set aside.

-> objection: price, rung 1

Rep

Above the number by how much?

-> one next question, served from your library

Nobody opened a folder. The name in the transcript is the trigger, so your newest rep has your best answers on screen.

How it runs

It recomputes on every line, not after the call.

The transcript streams into a coaching pipeline while the call is still live. On every final line it rebuilds the coaching cards, the rep versus prospect talk ratio, the question rate, the live scorecard, conversation coverage, and exactly one next question. One question, so your rep can read it and keep listening at the same time.

What happens when they push back

in order

  1. 01Mirror their own number, then stop talking
  2. 02One diagnostic question
  3. 03The walk-away line, held in reserve
  4. 04Acknowledge
  5. 05Isolation menu
  6. 06Isolate
  7. 07Consequence question
  8. 08Reframe
  9. 09Proof
  10. 10Ask, with a concession guardrail

Rung one

The first time the objection lands. The beats run in the order on the left, starting with the mirror and the silence after it.

Rung two

The same objection a second time. A repeat means the first answer did not land, so rung two is a different set of beats rather than the first set said louder. Two rungs is the whole ladder, so your rep never argues a point into the ground.

Nine categories

  • price
  • timing
  • authority
  • build it ourselves
  • competitor
  • status quo
  • feature gap
  • trust
  • unknown

Proof arrives late on purpose. Offer proof to somebody you have not diagnosed yet and it reads as a rebuttal, which is how a prospect ends up defending their objection instead of examining it.

Seven stages, and the questions are yours

The question your rep is handed comes straight out of your own Question Library. Selection runs on three things at once: which stage the call is in, what type of call it is, and whether the motion is business or consumer. Change the library and you change what every rep asks on the next call, that afternoon.

  • rapport
  • discovery
  • pain
  • budget
  • authority
  • timeline
  • next steps

covered / total

The live scorecard reports coverage as criteria covered over criteria total while the call is running. An unfilled criterion shows up as a question nobody has asked yet, while there is still time to ask it, instead of as a gap somebody spots in Thursday's pipeline review.

Why this is different

Your rep gets the answer while the prospect is talking.

Preparation ends the moment the call starts. This begins there. The dialer and the transcript belong to the same system, so a sentence the prospect says is itself the trigger. Your rep gets the right card and the right question in the second they need them, instead of trying to recall where they were filed.

Every step happens up front. Once the call starts, the rep is working from memory and whatever they had time to read.

The same call, from the inside. The prospect names a rival and the battlecard is already open before the sentence has finished.

  • The trigger is a sentence, not a search

Your rep does not go looking. A rival named on the call surfaces that battlecard, assembled for that call from the rivals your workspace tracks and your matching knowledge base items. The card arrives in the one second where it is worth having, with nobody typing into a search box.

  • The questions are yours

Every question your rep is handed comes out of your own Question Library, picked on the stage the call is in, the type of call, and whether the motion is business or consumer. Your best discovery questions are on screen for every call, not just the ones your best rep runs.

  • It learns from won calls, and never applies it silently

The playbook built from closed-won threads needs at least twenty of them, keeps at most five hooks per persona, and drops any hook seen fewer than twice. Every generated playbook requires approval before it is used. Nothing it learns reaches a live call until a person says so.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

  • MOST ASKED

The category covers the content, coaching and training a company gives its reps so they can sell. Most products in it are libraries: decks, one-pagers, recorded calls and training paths a rep visits before or after a conversation. This one is scoped to the conversation itself. It reads the live transcript and hands the rep the battlecard, the next question and the next objection beat while the prospect is still on the line.

  • The asset that fits the moment, ranked while the prospect is still talking. A stage match scores 40, an objection match 35, a persona match 30, a competitor match 25, and anything generic 5. Whatever has already gone to that contact is taken out. Your decks and one-pagers keep living where they live. SAGARIS decides which one to put in front of the rep right now.

  • From two things you control: the competitors your workspace tracks, and the knowledge base items scoped to a competitor. The knowledge base holds seven kinds of item with full create, read, update and delete, and two of those kinds can be pinned to a specific competitor. The catalog for a call is built over a 180 day window of competitor mentions, so a name nobody has run into since last year does not follow your reps around.

  • Your own Question Library. Selection runs on three things at once. Which of the seven stages the call is in, what type of call it is, and whether the motion is business or consumer. The stages are rapport, discovery, pain, budget, authority, timeline and next steps. One question is served at a time, because a rep scanning five options has stopped listening.

  • Five of them, and each is scored against its own criteria rather than flattened into one generic checklist that fits none of them. They are BANT with four criteria, MEDDIC with six, MEDDPICC with eight, SPICED with five, and CHAMP with four. The live scorecard reports coverage as criteria covered over criteria total while the call is running, so a criterion nobody has touched is visible as a question still worth asking rather than as a gap discovered in a pipeline review later that week.

  • Which ones your market keeps raising. Objections are ranked by how often they come up across your calls. You see the handful of sentences costing you deals this quarter, and write a better answer once for everybody. That answer is then served to the rep the next time it lands, live on the call.

  • On real calls, not in a classroom. The coach works in the moment, handing the rep the next question and the objection beat while the prospect is on the line. Afterwards the same call is scored against the real transcript. The feedback arrives while the deal is still alive, not in a review three weeks later.

Put it on a real call

Watch it work in the middle of a real call.

Bring a call you would actually run. Name a rival you keep running into and watch the battlecard open. Push back on price twice and watch the ladder move from the first rung to the second. Everything on this page is something you can see happen inside a call, on the call.
