What the merger actually changed

Clari and Salesloft are one company. Their announcement, published on clari.com and dated December 3, 2025, says the two have merged and appoints Steve Cox as Chief Executive Officer of the combined organization. Both sites now lead with the same phrase, the Predictive Revenue System.

What has not changed yet is what a buyer touches. As of August 19, 2026, salesloft.com and clari.com are both live, with separate product suites, separate navigation and separate logins. Their own merger FAQ, asked whether the company will be called Clari or Salesloft or something else, answers that if and when they have a name change to announce, customers will be the first to know. That is a fair answer from a company eight months into a merger. It is also a real thing to plan around if you are signing a multi-year contract this quarter.

One price you can read, or a quote you have to ask for

When we checked both pricing pages on August 19, 2026, neither carried a dollar figure. Salesloft's pricing page describes packages and asks you to get in contact. Clari's says it is priced to run revenue and asks you to get a quote.

Our pricing page prints $499 per seat per month in plain server-rendered HTML. That figure includes the CRM, the dialer, the inbox, the SMS line, the AI receptionist and the coach. This is not a claim that they are expensive, because we do not know what they charge and we will not guess. It is a claim about what you can find out before you talk to a salesperson.

Two things that are ours

Salesloft's Dialer and Messenger page describes one-click calling and texting, LocalDial to match a prospect's area code, Live Call Studio for listening in and whispering advice mid-call, and pre-recorded voicemail drops. What we did not find, across all 28 of their pages we read on August 19, 2026, is parallel dialing or an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls.

Both of those are ours, and both are about volume of conversations. Parallel dialing attempts several lines at once and joins your rep to whoever picks up, which is the difference between a handful of live conversations in a morning and a full one. The AI receptionist answers the inbound calls nobody got to, qualifies the caller and books the meeting. Every one of those is a lead that used to reach voicemail.

The dialing rails are ours as well, which is what keeps that volume sustainable. Number pools are provisioned to your workspace and never shared with another customer, each number is capped at fifty dials a day, local presence matches the area you are calling, and carrier registration is tracked per number. Live coaching runs during the call, and the summary writes itself to the CRM record afterwards, because the CRM is part of the same system.

The honest fork

Who should pick which

An enterprise suite on top of your CRM may fit better if...

Some teams are shopping for one layer rather than the whole engine.

  • You are an enterprise with a complex forecast across regions, segments and product lines, and forecasting is the job you are buying for.
  • You are keeping Salesforce and want an engagement and intelligence layer on top of it rather than a system that replaces it.
  • Your procurement expects a quote, a security review and a named account team, and the absence of a public price is not an obstacle.

Choose SAGARIS if...

The trade runs the other way when you want one system and one number.

  • You want to know the price before the call. Ours is $499 per seat per month, published, monthly on the founding plan.
  • You want parallel dialing on number pools you control, with a hard 50-dials-per-number daily cap, in the same system as the CRM.
  • You want an AI receptionist answering real inbound calls, not only outbound sequences.
  • You want the CRM included rather than synced to, so calls, emails and texts land on one record without a second subscription underneath.
  • You want one product and one login, from a company whose roadmap you can hold in your head.
