Outreach vs Salesloft
Outreach and Salesloft are the two long-standing sales engagement platforms, and neither publishes a plan price. The most consequential difference in 2026 is not a feature. Salesloft merged with Clari in December 2025 and has published no combined roadmap and no combined pricing. Outreach moved to a new domain and left several of its old sections returning 404.
Who publishes this page
SAGARIS publishes this page. We sell a sales platform that competes with both of these companies, and you should read this knowing that. Neither vendor paid for placement and neither is being compared against us here. Every fact was read from the vendors' own live pages on the date below. Where the two companies contradict each other, or contradict themselves, we quote both sides and leave it standing.
Outreach facts read from outreach.ai and outreach.io, and Salesloft facts from salesloft.com, on September 1, 2026. Every page requested returned a response; nothing was blocked.

One of them publishes a price, but not where you can read it
Neither company publishes what its platform costs. Outreach names four tiers, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, and attaches no figure to any of them. Salesloft publishes neither a tier name nor a number.
Outreach does publish some real prices, for dialer seats: $10 per user per month on US Standard and $20 on US Premium, $15 to $40 in Europe, and a $300 per month pack of global minutes. The catch is where they live. Those figures appear only inside .webp images on the pricing page. They are not in the page text, which means a screen reader does not announce them, a text crawler does not index them, and an assistant asked what Outreach costs cannot read them off the page.
That is worth knowing for a practical reason. Third-party sites confidently quote Outreach and Salesloft prices, and the vendors have left a vacuum for them to fill. A figure you find on a blog is not a figure either company published, and a prior version of our own research carried a wrong one, which is how we learned to check.
Salesloft is now part of Clari, and the website has not caught up
Salesloft and Clari completed a merger on December 3, 2025, published on Salesloft's own newsroom with that date visible on the page, with Steve Cox named chief executive of the combined company. If you are buying Salesloft in 2026 you are buying into that combination, so it belongs in the comparison.
What the companies publish about it is thin. On the roadmap, Salesloft's public position is a commitment to share plans rather than the plans themselves. On combined pricing there is nothing on any of the relevant pages. The two marketing sites remain separate, each with its own pricing page, and neither links to the other in its navigation.
The detail that says the most is small: salesloft.com/salesloft-vs-clari is still live, and still argues against Clari, nine months after the two companies became one. We are not drawing a conclusion from that about the integration. We are saying that if you want to know how far along it is, the public evidence is the state of the websites, and the websites still describe two companies.
Outreach changed domains, and some of the old site did not survive
outreach.io now redirects to outreach.ai. The redirect is a blanket path-preserving one, which sounds tidy and is not: paths whose destinations no longer exist redirect successfully into a 404. Sections that behave this way include the old product pages, the learn section, the glossary, the comparison hub and the integrations directory. Those sections are also absent from the current sitemap, while the blog, at 959 URLs, is plainly still there.
The dates went too. Every one of the 1,292 URLs in the sitemap carries a timestamp of January 23, 2026 or later, on a corpus whose visible article dates run from 2016 to 2026. Five articles displaying dates between 2016 and 2019 carry the same timestamp down to the millisecond. One article displays December 21, 2016 on the page while claiming a 2026 modification date to crawlers.
None of this affects the product. It affects whether you can find and trust what the company has written, and whether a link to an Outreach documentation page you saved last year still goes anywhere.
Both companies grade themselves, and the grades disagree
Outreach publishes a comparison against Salesloft that scores Outreach 6 out of 6 and Salesloft 0 out of 6, and states that Salesloft lacks forecasting, mutual action planning and deep conversation intelligence. Salesloft publishes pages for forecasting and for conversations. We are not adjudicating that; we are pointing out that one company's claim about the other is contradicted by the other company's own website, and that you should check the two specific pages rather than either grid.
Salesloft's own grids have a symmetry worth noticing. Its Outreach comparison and its Gong comparison are the same template, with the same eleven rows in its favour and the same five rows against, differing mainly in capitalisation, despite Outreach and Gong being different kinds of product.
The cleanest row in the whole comparison is the analyst one. Both companies cite the same Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration, dated December 15, 2025. Outreach's site says it is a Leader. Salesloft's site says it is a Visionary. Both are accurately reporting their own placement in one report, which is a useful reminder that a vendor citing an analyst is telling you where it landed, not who won.
Neither company states a single limitation of its own product anywhere we could find. That is normal for vendor comparison pages and it is the reason to read them alongside each other rather than one at a time.
How this page was made
We fetched pages across outreach.ai, outreach.io and salesloft.com on September 1, 2026, checked HTTP status codes directly rather than following redirects blindly, stripped script tags, and read what remained. Sitemap timestamps were parsed in full rather than sampled. Where a claim of absence is made, a positive control on the same page confirmed the extractor was working.
Prices published inside images were read from the images. We would not normally do that, and we mention it because it is the only reason any Outreach figure appears on this page at all.
What this comparison does not tell you
- We did not run either product. Everything here was read from the two companies' public websites, and none of it describes how either platform behaves once your team is using it.
- Neither company publishes platform pricing, so this page cannot tell you which is cheaper, and the dialer figures cover dialer seats only rather than the platform.
- We could not establish whether Salesloft's dialer is bundled or sold as an add-on, because the plans are referenced without a tier map or a figure.
- The state of the Clari and Salesloft product integration is not something a website can tell you. What we report is what the two companies have published, which on that subject is very little.
- This is a snapshot of live websites on one day, and both companies edit them.
Questions buyers ask about these two
- MOST ASKED
Neither publishes platform pricing, so no honest answer exists from public information. Outreach at least names four tiers, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, and publishes dialer seat prices of $10 and $20 per user per month in the US, though only inside images on the page. Salesloft publishes no tier names and no figures.
Most asked The two companies merged, completed December 3, 2025, with Steve Cox as chief executive of the combined company. What that means for the products is not something either company has published. There is no combined roadmap and no combined pricing on any of their pages, the two marketing sites are still separate, and Salesloft's page arguing against Clari is still live.
outreach.io redirects to outreach.ai for every path, but several sections no longer exist at the destination, so those links redirect into a 404 rather than failing at the old domain. The old product pages, the learn section, the glossary, the comparison hub and the integrations directory all behave this way, and they are absent from the current sitemap. The blog survived the move.
The visible date on the article, yes. The date given to crawlers, no. Every URL in the sitemap claims a timestamp of January 23, 2026 or later, including articles that display dates as far back as 2016, and five of those articles share an identical timestamp to the millisecond. Read the date printed on the page.
Both are accurately reporting themselves. In the same Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration, dated December 15, 2025, Outreach is placed as a Leader and Salesloft as a Visionary. Each company's site states its own placement. A vendor citing an analyst report is telling you where it landed in that report, not that it came first.
Not on any commercial page we could find, for either company. Outreach's comparison scores itself 6 of 6 and Salesloft 0 of 6. Salesloft's comparisons against Outreach and against Gong use the same template with the same rows marked against, despite the two being different kinds of product. Read them next to each other.
A note from the publisher
SAGARIS sells a sales platform that competes with both of these companies. We publish our price on our pricing page, in text, which is why we think it is fair to point out where others publish theirs inside an image or not at all.
